The NV cities like Las Vegas basically can’t create any new gun laws because a state law in 2015 putting control over firearms, accessories and ammunition in the “exclusive domain of the Legislature,” and renders any law, rule or ordinance “to the contrary null and void.”

My brother’s best friend was shot and killed at 18 in Vegas. My mom called to report an aggressive dog and was told over the phone to shoot it. It’s a messed up state.
