We are currently headed off to Las Vegas which passed a universal background checks ballot initiative but over two years later it is still not regularly implemented. The AG of Nevada @AdamLaxalt refuses to do his job and enforce these laws.

You need more facts. The bill was pourly written and it was the FBI that stated they cannot and will not do said background checks. They lack the manpower. The bill was written by emotinal people that failed to get the green light from the FBI before putting the bill up for vote.

That's usual for Nevada- they prevented nationwide passage of Martin Luther King Day for 2 years even though the voters said Yes in Nevada- they implemented a concerts and convention boycott of Nevada to force them
