Sorry but that figure is wrong. They did have about 3 shootings but they took action. However in one case the killer’s father (the gun owner) was held responsible and jailed. I do agree with you though

The shooters father was supposed to keep his guns looked up by law, but he didn't so his son could take the guns. After the shooting new laws have been put in place allowing the weapons authority to check if gun owners actually store their guns in a gun safe.
