We need universal gun control laws. Chicago is across the street from Indiana on one end and on Wis on the other. You don't need a license or a permit to buy guns in either of these states.

Severely flawed logic. Then WHY aren't there the same number, or even higher, shootings in those states, or even in the rest of Illinois, outside Chicago?
