Illinois is more strict on fireworks than guns and the youth are the ones paying for it.

That's what we pay our legislators to figure out. They should do their jobs, figure it out, see that the laws are enforced and move us forward on this issue even if it is one step at a time or 2 steps forward, 1 step back - At least try.
