Sometimes they are innocent and that is an essential right that should never be mocked, in my humble opinion. As a prosecutor- I bear the burden of proof and it is a high burden, as it should be. Many on death row have been proven innocent. Love u, not this tweet.

Some may be innocent, that's a given, but not Scott who had to be pardoned for his blatant theft and should not be in public office of any kind.
