Balance is impossible. It's a mix. Mix it all together. Sometime college is more important, sometimes activism is more important, sometimes going on vacation with your family will be more important. You'll learn to budget your time to make it work. Good luck.

Will you study abroad and travel?

There's no rush for college, David, despite what you may have heard. It is fine to put it off. I've taught 30-year-olds who just started college, and many were among the most talented students.
