Absolutely. As long as they are in the same legal standing as a “model citizen”. Why not? Helps them integrate back into society.

Not sure about all states, but in Oregon and Montana I have the right to vote and be called for Jury Duty as a convicted felon. You just have to be out of jail and off supervision to my knowledge
