YES -- but I also honestly believe people in jail should have the right to vote because they're among the most vulnerable of us, and they should have a say in how our country legislates -- and incarcerates.

Folks on probation/parole should also have the right to vote immediately upon exit of prison, but many of those people are permanently disenfranchised, especially federal offenders.

I think so too. Otherwise, they shouldn't be counted in a congressional district.
