Around 1997, Rick Scott's company, HCA, was fined $1.7 billion for stealing from medicare. Scott received $300 million to leave the company. He wasn't arrested, but should have been. That is the type of guy you are dealing with. He shouldn't have been elected.

Scott is opportunist, he is the only ever convicted felon to have been elected as governor in any of the 50 states. Then re elected, he defrauded Medicare for $55 million dollars plead the 5th 75 times. Then promptly cut Medicare/Medicaid Scott is a low life
