Women are already guaranteed equal protection of the laws under the 14th Amendment, and the Supreme Court effectively treats discrimination claims under the same standards as any other protected class. See Hogan (1982), J.E.B. v Alabama, and U.S. v. Virginia.

Just going to point out that the 14th was adopted in 1868, and 100 years later, women still could not get a credit card without their father’s or husband’s approval. And that 12 years after that decision, the DoD officially banned women from serving in combat. So ... no.

That would include the right to carry a gun :)

Carrying a gun is not a human right. It's a right afforded to citizens on the United States by its constitution, with restrictions & limitations. Saying it's a human right to carry a gun is simply asinine.

Can someone please help me understand what rights women do not have. I am a 45 year old woman and have never once in my life felt like I was disadvantaged in anyway.

I wish I knew the answer to that... I'm 54 & wondering the exact same thing
