Told myself in January I would start running when it was nice out (live in MI). Instead of waiting, listened to your book, got my ass out there in the snow, have logged around 350 miles since and mentally got myself through a 26.3 mile with minimal marathon training on Friday.

@joerogan podcast, I've made massive changes. And introduced him to a lot of people. Gotta take your mind to them dark places lol -
