The DOJ is not the final word on the subject. It must go to court to stop the merger. AT&T has indicated it will force DOJ to do so.

And I can’t see a court disallowing the merger, even on final appeal. That doesn’t change the fact that the President of the United States is using his platform & the DOJ to pursue a personal vendetta against a component part of the media, which is absurd.
