I’m a teacher. If I accept a gift from a student that is over a $50 value, it is a violation of state ethic laws because I might use my infinite power to reward that student with an A in my class. Good thing they’re keeping me in check.

A 2nd Lieutenant section commander’s kid can’t sell a bar of band candy to one of the 2LT’s subordinates nor can the 2LT use his/her rank and position to promote the private business he/she runs when off-duty. Imagine if

And he wouldn't qualify for a security clearance. They need to write laws to ensure candidates for potus are vetted completely before seeking the office.
