    Before we continue: I ran into some Free Burma Rangers here in Ukraine who are helping with humanitarian aid. They implore the world to watch Myanmar as well, where massacres, razing and torture are commonplace methods used by the Myanmar military.

    Some internal news: In response to Putin’s threats against reporters in Russia, the will remove bylines and datelines from stories produced by our journalists in Russia. Goal is to ensure staff’s safety.  Been around a while. Never seen anything like this.
