My initial tweet was too narrow. This article shows a corporate culture that protects (and in some cases rewards) men who have preyed on female employees and job candidates. And that corporate culture comes from the very top of Google.

sexism sucks but you can't pretend to be surprised that sexists profit. All the major world religions push it & many states condone it. e.g. MBS economic summit, where the man-who-ordeed-journalst's-murder received standing ovation, same man jails women calling for their rights

So if someone posted about how crazy it is that extrajudicial assassinations of legal US residents still occur in this day and age, would you reply about how naive I was pretending to be, noting past extrajudicial assassinations of legal US residents? If so, Godspeed! <3

It's not crazy - it's business-as-usual under the Patriarchal structures of society. Patriarchy honors and promotes domination over others, esp those weaker - it's a sick and twisted dynamic that keeps humanity from developing in fair and just ways

Maggi, you're correct that powerful men exploit women but now
#MeToo
has given power to women & now women exploit men. Power corrupts but it's not unique to men. #Kavanaugh

We have just had today over here the
#PhilipGreen situation. Rich men, powerful men using both of those things to get what they want and then try and hide it. They always seem to keep the rewards and then add to it. Many are annoyed but never seems to affect it...Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
