Is this content the networks will release?,I have no problem paying a small fee ($2 or $3) for a video that I want to see but a lot of times the networks never release their video(if its never released then it obviously make nobody any money at all & nobody ever gets to see it)

I'm talking mostly about vintage video that is 20, 30, 40 years old if the networks don't ever release that video and it just stays in a vault never to be seen again that seems like a big waste (and nobody makes any money from it).
