Taking away monetization to creators that already have it (but don't meet the new requirements) is absolutely insane. It's one thing if they implemented it for NEW creators, but this is just disrespectful. @YouTube @TeamYouTube @SusanWojcicki Who is making these decisions?
Earning money from creating is hard, it always has been. This is especially the case for creators just getting started and don't have an audience yet.
Hopefully people will keep creating content for the sake of creating content and are able to build enough of an audience to turn it into something they can be paid for.
