Robert Cahaly said Trump has to win PA by 4-5 pts to overcome voter fraud. I think this is an over exaggeration, but Trump does need a 1-2 pt win in PA to over come voter fraud. I've heard the Trump campaign say they need at least 100,000 vote margin on election night.

No way he's winning by 4+ points. I think he can win by about 1% to avoid the small amount of fraud.

That’s way too high. 1.5-2 is like 120-180,000. If they somehow thihk they can make up ballots with that deficit they might as well just give up now

I don't recall but in 2016 when PA was called for him, he was up in PA by 0.9-1.2% or 75,000 votes. The final margin was 44,000. Expect 30,000-40,000 fraudulent votes. I think Trump needs to win by around +75,000 votes to avoid PA stolen. Only county that can do this is Philly.
