Waking up to find out about the horrific attack in Toronto. Media is being very careful but this one follows an international pattern. #Torontovanattack
the "International pattern" of incel Christian Armenians driving cars into into innocent people because he couldn't get a date? D̶o̶n̶'̶t̶ give up your day job.

The form of the attack - rental van, public space, mow down as many people as possible. I made no comment on the motivation, which is also why I didn't call the attacker anything other than an attacker. Doing my job means paying attention to words. You might want to do the same.

Right, so this 'international pattern' you spoke of ... were you just afraid to come out and say it was a van? I think it's pretty clear what you were not so slyly 'implying'. But, let's move on and find out who radicalized this 'incel' like we would any any other terrorists.
-
Have you read any of my other tweets ever or heard me speak? Please don't make a fool of yourself. I was not implying political Islamic terrorism, you were assuming that's what I meant reacted in a knee-jerk way to a tweet you just happened to see in passing.
-
okay, I'm almost convinced that you are normally a decent person ... but can you clear up then what you were implying by 'international pattern'?
-
Yes, I mean the pattern of the use of vehicles as weapon. Copycatting specifically. I was about to post more about it when you responded. I really wish Twitter wasn't quite so immediate sometimes...
-
ok, then I apologize for jumping to those conclusions, but I've seen so many people jumping to dumb conclusions, and trying to provoke hate in my city, a city that IMO is great because of it's diversity, and it really really pissed me off.
-
I couldn't agree more.
