It depresses me when I look at TiVo and how it’s been mismanaged. They should have been one of the first companies out with a streaming service and cloud DVR. I think the Roamio and Mini were the pinnacle of their design work but were hampered by CableCard.

And they had $1b in cash at one point… Coulda made all sorts of different market decisions.
