@TeamYouTube just signed up for premium but videos in library stuck at 0%.....I have a feeling I'm missing something simple

That's odd, could you try uninstalling the app updates, restart your device and reinstall the updates to see if that fixes the issue? NOTE: All the content saved earlier would be deleted if you perform these above steps. Keep us posted.

Ok....I got a few vids to work.....is there a size limit to download? Its audio books I'm trying to get and they seem to sit at 0% while small videos seem to go right away

It depends on the device storage capacity. You can download YouTube videos with the Download button to an SD card or to your phone’s internal memory. Hope this helps.
