Beyond the magical thinking, conspiracy theories, constitutional illiteracy etc, it's also laughable to think that he could get a case filed, argued, decided, (appealed, if originating at a lower court) and action ordered by the Supreme Court by August.

the few Obama birther lawsuits that made it past the standing/procedural defects stages were usually dismissed on the grounds that impeachment is the sole grounds for removing a sitting president. I imagine his nonsense would meet a similar fate if it got that far.
