On the filibuster, yes, in theory. Have not seen where they are opposed to using reconciliation on the stimulus, or have backed austerity politics.

Ah this is a good point. Hadn't considered how the primarying and cannibalization of the moderates has led to fewer Blue dogs, the same way it's left us fewer anti-Trumpers. I suppose the question is how much either Dem caucus is able to stick together (or agree) when it matters.
