This is forgotten aspect with the HRC Primary win that HRC probably received about 60 - 65% Latino support in the 2016 Primary. (Impossible to completely tell but she won CA, TX, NY, FL, AZ, NV and NM. Oddly enough her NM was the lowest of this group.)
