For those reading this is what COGCON Level 2 means. NOTE: we cannot confirm whether this message has any validity at all, or if @BlackBerry @AtHoc was hacked. We need a statement from them to verify. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/COGCON
Here is an audio recording of a voicemail one person received in the DC area at 9:32am.https://www.dropbox.com/s/i4uz5jjyg9gekti/recording.m4a?dl=0 …
The phone number this was sent from is affiliated with an official notification system used by (at least) the US Coast Guard. This site lists this number. If you call the number you get the @AtHoc notification system.https://www.uscg.mil/Coronavirus/Information/Article/2155366/alcoast-14120-covid-19-reporting-for-coast-guard-personnel-accountability-and-a/ …
So either 1) the current US COGCON Level was set to “2,” and it hasn’t been reported by anyone, or 2) the @Blackberry @AtHoc system was hacked and used to send messages to at least some civilian targets as part of a disinfo campaign. Which is it?
Here is a screenshot of what the response page looked like. It is clearly coming from @AtHoc.

If this is all legit and USG is actually at COGCON level 2, it would be great if a media outlet could confirm that and put it into context. What does it mean, and why is it in effect?
Here is another screenshot of the alert sent to a Coast Guard servicemember. BTW we don’t think this had to do with the evacuation at the Capitol complex this morning; this alert went out around 45+ minutes before that.pic.twitter.com/C1FIcxiofy
This site is connected to a lot of this messaging and seems to be a pure disinfo site. Would be useful to establish forensics about this site and its origins. https://whitehouse.gov1.info/continuity-plan/ …
