What % do you estimate are easily fooled by someone in a nice suit that isn't qualified (eg lowest price player or uses fresh college grads with no prof exp on audit, etc) and have no desire or ability to ask probing questions?
Truthfully, it still blows my mind that there are execs and boards out there pretending cybersecurity isn’t an issue. I gave a board presentation once to a sarcastic and disinterested group, concluding with “Halfway through this assessment, I sold all my stock in this company.”

In Fortune 200 companies? Probably very very few. I’m not that, so this tactic got attention, started a different conversation, and ultimately led to roughly a 3-5% increase in spend on security. Not for everyone.
