So DoubleClick is contacting the jQuery project to request that we certify we are GDPR compliant. 😁 If we don't, nobody can use jQuery in ads.Okay. 🍿

Ha! You neither process not control data, right? I'm deep in this crap at the moment if you need a hand!

Well, if you host a CDN that provides jQuery libraries then you're getting tons of data about ordinary citizens' browsing behaviour if you correlate HTTP referer (sic) and agent headers and IP addresses. But jQuery doesn't host any CDN by themselves.

*how* does one certify jquery as being GDPR compliant? That’s my question. It’s how you use the library that needs to be GDPR compliant, right?

Are they using a hosted file? Otherwise there is no need for them to list you as a processor.

I'd rather have all ADs without any JS. Please DoubleClick, will you make this happen!?
