@davecheney As an aside, arguably, you can't actually do actors at all in Rust. You can approximate actors, as does Akka, but it's broken.

@davecheney great writing. Another difference is the size of the runtime, Rust is even smaller 300k vs 2Mbyte.

@davecheney Go is memory safe because it is GC-ed, just like any other language with a non-optional GC
