Virginia will likely have 2 primary elections next year. The usual one in June. But because of redistricting, house elections will likely be in August.

A thread about election results and counting, at least in Virginia ⬇️ 1️⃣ The lack of knowledge about civics, as well as how elections work, is troubling. I have to say, though, that the confusion about elections is somewhat understandable.

If you're waiting on tight Virginia races, don't read too much into what's posted so far - with so many early/mail/drop box ballots there will be changes in next few hours. There's then a few more days for mailed ballots to arrive/get counted too
