    Jerry Lewis donated his films to the Library of Congress - (MOMA) and Rob Stone (LoC) are presenting screenings at the Museum of Modern Art. This includes the home movies Jerry made in the 50s featuring Dean Martin, Tony Curtis, etc. Link:

    The studios made a Faustian bargain when they started selling VHS tapes, which broke the "first sale doctrine" of copyright law and made it legal for individuals to own copyrighted films. They've been trying to claw it back ever since, and streaming is their solution.
