is a growth stock mate. No serious investor judges growth stocks on backward looking eps: 2022 EPS $9.00. P/E 77x 2023 EPS $17.00. P/E 41x 2025 EPS $29.00. P/E 24x Do you know any other growth stock selling at 24x 2025 EPS w/ 50%+ forward vol growth? Didn’t think so.

Or is it still training a model that does not have temporal "memory"? I assume the psuedo-lidar computation is too hungry for real-time, but that a sufficiently successful NN architecture will still need both temporal and multi-camera components. Thoughts?

A supercut of Tesla Battery Day. I've cut out all the fillers, pauses or fluff. It's 35 minutes shorter without any loss of information. Enjoy!

Everyone models electricity prices as ever increasing, but as solar's share increases ,the marginal cost of electricity production drops. The result is lower realized prices for solar (what it earns during generating hours). h/t

Did the same process for 2019. BEVs only. Don't @ me about sticking a 1 kwh battery and a plug to count PHEVs in this analysis.

For 2020: took the 3,125,000 EVs sold, and adjusted for the ratio of BEVS to PHEVS (2.8% of the 4%), Tesla's was 499,550.

Of course market share might have gone up a bit if not for the loss of ~40k or so cars from Covid production shutdown (but not sure on other EVs lost to shutdowns).

Ok I had to to my own calculations. 's BEV market shares in 2019 was ~22.5%, and in 2020 it was 22.8%. Not sure where this claim of massive decline came from.
