    The vast majority of y’all shit tech companies aren’t willing to DO THE WORK to attract a diverse candidate pool

    Last time I made this offer, there curiously wasn't too much interest 😂. Most companies simply just aren't willing to do the work it takes to appeal to a lot of candidates. They shoot themselves in the foot on remote, try to play games with salary, or demand the unreasonable.
