Amnesty for everyone who have worked in government, with NGOs etc. If all Taliban fighters honor this and Taliban leadership agrees to an inclusive settlement, there can be reason for hope. My cousin who was commander of an ANA brigade stayed with his soldiers till 11pm last night when Taliban entered they hugged him took over the list of all the equipments and told him to return to his duty after 15 days . This is what he told us this morning
