Then that exports the sound to a DAC, the pcm5101A. That is then amplified with a 50W amplifier tpa3116 and sent on the white 4pin connector to the speaker and tweeter.pic.twitter.com/RKQKw7FpJP

There is an unmounted qfn16 spot, which to me feels like a communication chip spot. To be checked with a scope.pic.twitter.com/bdOLDhSvzo

Computer is a MCIMX6X2EVN10AC, a cortex A9 at 1GHz with a cortex M4F coprocessor at 200MHz. It has a 512MB Nanya DDR3 memory chip in BGA and a 512MB Spansion nand flash on the back.pic.twitter.com/IHRWgEhDdP

The communication is a pci-e slot with a common but not COTS wifi chip. Uses a Mediatek mt7615n wifi chip. Antenna connections on the left, normally to the left and right of the tweeter.pic.twitter.com/mXE7VD5qhu

That connects to the whole rest of the board, in three sections - audio/analog left, computer in the middle and communication on the right.pic.twitter.com/dLmuMtctBO

At the bottom you see the 220V section. First a bit of PFC, then a bridge rectifier DF08S, then a flyback SMPS powered by a rt7781s. Big cap over the rectified 220, two big caps post-rectifier for handling big spikes.pic.twitter.com/5DZS1o6T2q

Also, the top is glued on at the front and back. Thankfully
@iFixit ships these in a 6pack.pic.twitter.com/nsJmjzTYWL

Back is now loose but wedged under the top. Let's do that first. Sync button is glued down flexible pcb. Eesh.pic.twitter.com/cYLirokoTs

Front has two tx8 to hold the tweeter in. Trying the 4 screws in the back first. These are all normally under a velvety material, the front ones under a very thin tape.pic.twitter.com/efcklGjJUi
