Business Goal 
Methods Suitable audience(s) Issues/Pains/Interests Ideation
This improves the chances of the content being "performant" and contributing towards the business,
rather than haphazard ambiguous wins.

For Ideation - there's no shortage of potential info/insight sources.
Q&A sites
Forums/communities
Google suggestions/search
Competitor content
Social content
Tools such as Buzzsumo etc.
The difficulty is finding topics that align with business and audience(s).

#VCBuzz A2.3 Ideation can be a productive process - tons of ideas. But far to often, though the ideas are interesting - they are interesting to "us". We are seldom the target or beneficiary. Understanding your audience takes more time/effort. -
#VCBuzz A2.4 You also have to try to balance not only topics that align with the right audience to suit the business goal, but the format/medium/style that resonates/appeals to the audience. This may require other peoples skills/abilities to produce. - Antwoorden weergeven
