If you only think of marketing as ads, promotion and pretty things that get attention, then chances are you've missed out on a bunch of info.
Being "integrated" leads to efficiency and effectiveness, reducing friction/confusion.

#VCBuzz A2.5 Less/No disparity between channels. You won't see contradictory Offers (X in a magazine, and Y online), or miscommunications (wrong even dates etc.!). When someone calls asking about Z, the services team actually knows about it, sales can advise on it etc.
