#VCBuzz A2.3 I then look at reactions to such content. Comments on the site, social comments on promoted/shared pieces etc. Sometimes there are some seriously good ideas/thoughts that can either update or generate a new piece (you can ego stroke/reward audiences this way too)

Then it's "business info" - often Sales, Support and Care get asked questions etc. These can be useful for informational content (short/long), and can potentially help with certain goals (reduce costs, free up time etc.).

#VCBuzz A2.5 ... I then start looking "outside" for additional/new ideas. Where you start, and what type of research will vary, depending on the goal(s). If it's to ideate for informational content, I'll look at forums, Q&A sites etc. If it's for commercial, competitor sites. -
#VCBuzz A2.6 I also like to use Search Engines for topic idea searches - and see what results are presented, and how. This helps match user-intent and business-intent, as well as spot potential openings for different mediums/formats (such as video/image etc.) - Antwoorden weergeven
