Visible: Social networks (in various forms/platforms) can be good for authenticity/visibility. People can see a "history", and you can benefit from "association", leveraging from other peoples trust/authority. But it's not about "shouting" or "unidirectional" posts.

It's not about promoting your content - it's about participating/engaging.
It's easier for individuals (personal brand), and "faces" (brand reps etc.), than for faceless, nameless profiles - people still tend to struggle with engaging "entities".

Approachable: This naturally follows being Visible. People should feel that they can engage with you, rather than think you're in a tower, or they aren't important. People need to feel like they are interacting with a person (again, "entities" tend to be a negative)

Terms like "relatable", "humanised", "personable", "friendly" ... all need to apply. You don't have to popular, but you do need people to feel comfortable (enough) with the idea of interacting with you. This can be built up over time, but often requires your effort.
