Without a doubt, people need to be paying attention to Voice.
It's not new, it's not novel, it's not clever - we've had it for years.
But it is on the rise, and we need to grasp how Google etc. are handling it (single results etc.)

That means they need to know what people search for, how they phrase it, what triggers the responses, what else may contribute etc. Which leads to Rich Snippets and Schema (again, never are new - and both are underused!).

So the near future involves a lot of people desperately scrabbling to catch up with the recent past (as it seems to take 3-5 years for soak/adoption :( ). Then there's wearables and ease of access. Search isn't just moving from Text to Voice, it's also moving to Visual.
