These are not negative comments... these are truthful observations. Truth, you was the Chief of Patrol from 2013 to 2015 during the time that many of these bad apples were running around in our city. And not one bad actor did you weed out from the department at that time.

And btw, the times (era) that your shootings was investigated was a different time for police accountability. Internal affairs has always been a broken system that sided for officers, the civilian review board was a joke & jurors often believed police were just doing their job.

This police departments integrity has been lost and new blood, fresh faces should have been brought in to restore the trust back to the public. A national search if needed should have been conducted and the public should have been able to evaluate each potential candidate.
