what is the consequence? if a white woman driving a honda txts w/ her cell while driving 35 MPH, then whamo. suddenly she hits a 27 YO boy in the crosswalk. boy suffers a brain hemorrhage since he was thrown across an intersection & brain slammed cement. witness calls 911
