bc they did it to center themselves and accounts versus as a public good. they understand social media, empathy and how to get reactions out of ppl. as a social media editor, i know this because i watch this behavior, these two specifically, do it all of the time

ppl i don’t follow but have muted: shaun, terry crews and yashar. all for different reasons, but the underlying reason is because they’re not necessary for my media diet. and often make me more confused.
