It just hit me that me degree is not only the most expensive piece of paper I'll ever own, but probably also the most expensive THING I'll ever own.

I have 5 months left in the grace period and I'm trying not to think about the fact that I have about a decade of debt coming
In Aus you don't start paying it off until you earn over a certain amount so I've managed to avoid it for a year (but probably not forever).
