LA would issue a special news bulletin for a single cloud. Two clouds would bring traffic to a halt. Three clouds and they’d declare a precautionary snow day for all district schools.
Meanwhile yesterday here, we started with 30°C+ and sunshine, then overcast with heavy winds with some light rain around midday, 10°C temperature drop in the afternoon and ending with a thunderstorm.
