The only reason chocolate (or food in general for that matter) is good in Australia is because people don't realise how much money they are actually paying for it... But with increased competition and mass production, quality is starting to fall here too

If you can get over the pellet form factor, I'd recomend trying Callebaut chocolate. It's the only stuff I eat now
