When doing a large programming task, coding is only half the work. The other half is writing small essay that tries to clearly explain everything you did.

I'd have been happy just learning source control at uni tbh. That was left as an exercise for us to figure out on our own haha
I 'learnt' source control for the first time in a game jam, but then learnt how to use it properly at my first job.
