      Sounds better than it is. You still have to pay your bills, just means that there'll be no increases to rates, and there'll be some credit applied to energy bills if you are a concession card holder.

      I assumed so. My fingers are crossed that this prompts other states (or ideally, federally) to more to help people who are going to be hit the worst by this financially.

      Or they could just raise welfare payments to a livable amount and make Centerlink easy to deal with but I'm not holding my breath on that one.
