I did like 15 situps yesterday and I can feel every ab muscle. So little work for the soreness I both like it but also can't wait until it goes away so I can do more

I’ve been doing split leg squats which are both good but oh so hard. My left knee is cooked after walking so much this week though so I have to take it easy on the leg days

I do a lot of my leg exercises single leg which means that you’re also trying to not fall on your ass while doing an exercise properly
