The fun thing is that this is probably what the compiler spits out when normal C++ gets converted to machine code.
Maybe we should just use GOTO statements then to speed up the compiler

Actually this just reminded me of the year where I would write common utility functions as preprocessors on the advice of this dude before someone kindly pointed out that compilers are smart and inline the hell out of code anyways. Never again! -_-
